My 15 month old little gil chipped her front tooth today. It's very noticeable and brings tears to my eyes when I see it. Would you recommend bonding it at this age? I got one opinion and they said to wait until she is two and can take the oral sedative. Please help, I am so sad.

Bonding is what she needs or a crown if it is really chipped. Sedating her would be a good idea but would recommend a pedodontist that has proper medical equiptment to watch her vitals when the sedation is done.It is all about her safety.

I''''m sorry to hear about what happened with your daughter. We can fix the tooth with composite bonding at her age as long as she is able to sit in a chair for 15 minutes or so and let us rebuild it. I would be willing to have her come in and see if we can fix her tooth. If she is unable to have her tooth repaired, then we can set up an appointment with our anesthesiologist present and mildly put her to sleep and fix her tooth that way.Please call our office if you would like to set up an appointment for your daughter.
