I've been obsessive about my teeth since I was younger having had braces for a few years and then followed up with retainers. After the growth of my wisdom teeth, my teeth went all crooked again. I visited Dr. Pannu on the pretense of a teeth cleaning and left with, "the work" in that I got my cleaning, scheduled 2 deep cleanings and had my impressions done for Invisalign. I 'm getting married in a few months and Dr. Pannu guaranteed that I would be done with my treatment before my big day. Dr. Pannu and his staff have been great in all aspects. My dental experience starts three years ago with Dr. Pannu with teeth whitening. His facility is very hygienic and state of art. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed in his Fremont clinic. I went back for my gum treatment two years ago. His staff was accommodating and he did a fantastic job. I was really impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the subject. He treated me very effectively. His staff made sure I kept my follow up appointments and were very accommodating with my busy schedule. At time I had to reschedule and he and his staff always understood and gave me new appointment dates. He gave me directions how to protect my gums and how to keep them healthy.

Last year I went to Dr. Pannu to replace my crowns and he suggested the veneers LUMINEERS. He gave me literature and explained me in the detail how it would improve my smile and keep my teeth healthy for long time. I am very happy with my veneers and my smile. I have had major dental work done by Dr. Pannu, and have really liked his practice. I have seen many dentists in the past, but Dr. Pannu really stands out as amongst the best. He takes active interest in the treatment, explaining things and doing his best to relieve stress and anxiety. I am not generally scared of dentists, but have seen too many mediocre ones and am generally uneasy about going to a dentist only to find out that their work is mediocre. Dr. Pannu put me at ease the very first time I went there with his professionalism and precision work. At last I had found an excellent dentist! For three years I have been going to him and not once has he disappointed. You can't go wrong by choosing this practice.

His staff is excellent too, they invariably never forget to remind you for an appointment; they work with you and the insurance on billing issues and are polite and good mannered.

Also, they are never disapproving if you are late - this is important to me because I absolutely hate doctor's staff who behave like you have committed a major crime by being five seconds late. Dr. Pannu's staff have never once told me a word when I was late, instead they adjusted and accommodated me into their schedules. Excellent!

He was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole treatment. I tried invisalign and he told me about all the ways invisalign would work when i got them three years ago. He helped through my treatment from the start. He was always there when i had questions or complications. The invisalign treatment went pretty good overall. At first it was hard to get used to because i had to take up a whole new responsiblity. I had to make sure i washed my braces every morning and every night. Plus i also had to remember to change them every two weeks. It took me little time to get used to my aligners and all the daily rituals i had to do. I also did have problems a couple times remembering them. But that was only once. The aligners did cause some pain. Sometimes the raised edges of the aligners did cause scratches, but Dr. Pannu quickly helped me throught that with a simple solution. After a couple years, i got to wear my aligners only at night. It was freshmen year and it couldn't have been more awesome. I got to show off my new smile to my friends and i felt great about it. I felt confident. Dr. Pannu is doing a great job . He is the best dentist around. Provides comfort and quality care.;D

I met Dr. Pannu last year at an event where he was doing free screenings. I didn't need a free screening, but decided to talk to him since I was going to start dental school in the fall. I ended up deciding that he would be my dentist from now on. Once dental school started, I got invisalign from him as well. I'm very happy with invisalign, my teeth have become much straighter, and I have just a few retainers left. As a dental student in my second year, I would recommend Dr. Pannu.
